Following a 30 year career in professional services, Gaenor now has a portfolio of Non-Executive roles in the public and private sector. Gaenor is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committees at Zopa Bank Limited, a Non-Executive Director at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Chair of TKAT Multi-Academy Trust. Most of her professional career was as a tax advisor with PwC UK, where she held a number of leadership roles, including as Head of People on the Executive Board, with responsibilities for developing the firm’s People and Corporate Social Responsibility strategy. Alongside this role she was the Global Head of Learning and Development, responsible for the development strategy for the PwC network firms.
Gaenor graduated from Trinity Hall in 1986 with a first class honours degree in Mathematics and Management Studies.
