I am currently
serving as the Students' Union Undergraduate President for the academic year
2024-25. Before starting in this role, I completed the 4-year Classics Course
at Fitzwilliam College, with a focus on the art and archaeology of the ancient
world. Alongside my studies, I served as Junior Combination Room President and
Faculty Representative, where I thoroughly enjoyed representing student
interests to committees and seeing the improvements that this work can create.
Originally from
Peterborough where I attended a state academy school, I have a particular
interest in widening participation and have worked as a student outreach
representative throughout my time at Cambridge.
In sitting on the
University Council, my priorities are to advocate for students in the ongoing
workload review, campaign for green and ethical investment, and ensure that
students from widening participation backgrounds are best supported to reach
their full potential during their time here.
