The Estates Committee's Technical Sub-Committee is constituted as follows:

Attending officers
The following officers are expected to attend meetings of the Technical Sub-Committee:
- Director of Estate Operations
- Director of Programme Delivery
Other members of the Estates Division will be invited to attend as recommended by the Directors of Estate Operations and Programme Delivery.
The Registrary and the Director of Estates have the right of attendance.
