The Audit Committee produces an annual report to the Council.
The Audit Committee annual report is based on the Committee's consideration of the University Risk Register, the internal auditor's annual report, the external auditor's Management Letter, other work commissioned by the Committee during the year, and on discussions from its meetings and informal workshops.
